'I've worked in general practice for almost 16 years and, thankfully, I haven't come across allegations of Practice Managers being bullied or harassed very often but when I have, I've seen just how devastating it can be for everyone involved.
The Practice Manager has often been struggling with unwanted behaviour for some time but just not known what to do about it, and when they've finally approached their partners those partners suddenly have to investigate a serious allegation without really understanding how to do that. This has made a really difficult situation so much worse for everyone concerned.
